Perfect for a big family or group of friends, this apartment is located on the first floor of Casa Balestra, an independent villa in San Lorenzo al mare. Upon arrival, guests can park their car in our private parking lot and arrange their bikes in the bicycle storage or on the bike rack.

Climbing a staircase, you will reach the outside of the apartment divided into three parts: the covered patio, the terrace and the garden. 

The covered patio is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and drying racks. The garden has an outdoor sink, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. 

Inside the apartment there is a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, two night tables with two lamps, a dresser and a mirror. 

There is also a second bedroom with a bunk bed (three beds, one of which is a rollaway bed) with wardrobe, another wardrobe and a dresser. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony.

There are two bathrooms, each one is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, a sink, a towel rack, a toilet paper holder, a toilet brush and a mirror; in the bigger bathroom there is a washing machine as well. 

An apartment would not be complete without a kitchen-living room and ours has everything you need: a gas stove, a sink, a plate rack, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a sofa bed, a table and chairs, a TV, cutlery, cookware, moka pots and so on. 

A crib and a high chair can be provided for families with babies upon request. 

Furthermore, guests can use our free Wi-Fi, an ironing board and iron, a hair dryer and some cleaning equipment.
